    Callers have been harrassing my 89 YO mother.  They are apparently looking for her grandson that lived with her for a few months about 20 years ago.

    She is in very poor health, has hearing disability, gets extremely upset and cannot make them quit calling.  This has been going on for over a year.

    She finally, finally got their phone number yesterday so that I can call them today.  Their actions have been despicable.

    866-901-8125 Creditors Interchange. Harrassing me about my mother's credit card. She is 85, has dementia (among other disorders) and has been hospitalized since 10/08. When I asked his name and contact information so I can provide it to our lawyer, he said "You are refusing to cooperate" and wouldn't give me his name. He was very threatening. He accused my mother of living off her credit card (the bill is $4000). At that point, I requested his name again and he hung up on me.

    from too tired for this. Has anyone received callers from unknown on caller ID and of course phone # is all zeros. They call every hour and sometimes on the half hour, leave no message, just a loud noice of some sort, (not a fax number sound) I am at witts end with this unknown.

    This caller calls my sister every day and leaves a message for my ears only.  I have consolodated my debts with a debt consolodation agency and I would like these people to stop harrassing my sister.  I do not live there any more

    I have recieved a call from these folks about 10 times. Each time i have answered it, a computer voice says they have an important message for person X, and if I am not person X to please press 2. i have done this everytime and yet I still get the calls. This morning I pressed 1 and got a rep on the end of the line, to which i relayed the above information and that I did not want anymore phone calls from this number. After asking for his confirmation that he understood that I did no want anymore phone calls about the person they were calling about, rep hung up on me. No apology, just rudeness. I will be filing a complaint not only with BBB but also a written complaint with their corporate offices.

    The calling company is NCO Financial. They are debt collectors. They use different numbers. Mostly commonly they call with 'Unknown Caller'. But they use this number from time to time. They also use 443-205-1045.
    They are debt collectors. If you do searches on NCO you will find they are some of the worst of the worst and they have been slapped many times by various government agencies.
    You just have to have fun with these morons. When they call I give them one of 2 responses. If they call with 'Unknown caller' I am always the 'Unknown callee'. If they call from one of their other numbers I say something like "Please hold for an important reply.... then hum a bit... My reply is important please hold for an important reply..... hum a tune..... This is an important call please hold for the next agent...... humming along....... We apologize for any delay please hold for an important message...." And on and on until they hang up. If you cant have fun with them they will drive you crazy which is what they are trying to do.
