I’ve received a call from this number and this is what they left in a voice/text mail called two of my family members.

Hi Ms. Grow this is Daniel Whitman process serving officer of Phoenix. Reason for the phone call here today we had you listed as a possible contact point for ******. We're having some trouble getting some court paperwork out to or if you can just get a message along to her she needs to contact the legal department handling this matter at 866-907-5229 and when calling in reference file number 2020 dash 26073. You can just get the message along to her your cooperation is appreciated have a good day.

I’ve also seen on this site another person had received the same phone call but with a diff number.

SCAM!!

There are NO documents.  IF there were, they would have correct information.  It is THEIR job to contact the person - NOT yours - a major red flag of a scam!
