Actually not Home Depot specifically, but a third party collecting feedback for their contracted delivery service Temco Logistics. I purchased a large appliance from Costco last week and Temco delivered it at 7:35 this morning. I just received an automated call from this number asking questions about the delivery (7:13 pm). It's legit.

of course since you absolutely, positively knew that it was "legitimate", the first thing you thought to do was to look up the number and tell everyone?  Look up the number to be sure?  Look up the number to (fill in your own reason here)?  Who does that?  If your mother calls you do you look her number up and tell everyone "hey guess what this is a legitimate number, because my mom called me from it"?  You scammers are hilariously funny.

Survey call (I assume) for delivery of a fridge I bought at Home Depot.

If you know who called, why did you look up the number? Telling people that your call was valid doesn't help since scammers spoof legitimate numbers all the time and their call could easily be from a scammer.

The caller ID said “Scam Likely” for this number,  Had washing machine delivered today.  Probably from delivery company for Home Depot.

I do not answer numbers I do not recognize. While looking up the number they left a voice mail. From Home Depot in reference of my appliance delivery. I had received my new dishwasher approximately 10 minutes before the call.
