Scam/ Got a call from a Sarah Powers with IPX Sports Promotion Dept concerning a "priority overnight package" that they were sending. They wanted me to return the call so they could release the package for delivery. I called back but refused to give any information and asked why they had called. They said it was concerning a gift that they had sent out for past or future orders but needed my information to look me up. I refused to give any information so the call ended. Definitely a Scam. BEWARE!

Received call from a Amanda Linsey on my office phone regarding overnight package from IPX sports promotions they left a call back # 866-950-1196.Do not waste time to return call this is a scam.

I just got a call from the same people to call back 866-950-1196. Same scam "call Amanda Linsey regarding overnight package". They said they were going to release some maintance supplies and a free chicago bears shirt. I got the feeling it was a scam and let them know it. I also told them I better not get any $#^&!! sent to my office and she hung up.

Same crap. IPX claims to have a priority package for me. They have solicited our company for over three years. They call and ask about out largest construction project and use that info as a purchase order and ship some junk like cleaning supplies, duct tape, etc and send us a bill. It is all junk stuff. They are getting our address off the internet for billing. The sales people have claimed to be college students working their way through school and cancer patients trying to raise money for treatments.

I just received a call from a young lady with IDX or IPX sports but I was in a meeting so she left me a voicemail. I decided to look them up before returning the call and I'm glad I did. She left the same message you all have described here but the phone number she left me to return her call was 855-213-6673 and the caller ID just showed "arcadia". thank you for posting otherwise I probably would have called her back. When you get a call about receiving FREE stuff its usually a scam.

Exact same thing as Keith described just happened to me today. Except that caller ID showed "Gallatin". When I don't recognize the caller I let it go to voice mail and then look it up on line. Glad I did. Thanks.

Yep, they are still out there, only this morning it was Tracie James who left a voicemail wanting me to call back so she could release a priority, overnight package. 855-213-6673. Don't even bother.

They wanted me to return the call so they could release the package for delivery. the number on my caller id was 253-216-2507, do these idiots not know about caller id? I have been calling her back regularly, telling her she needs to pick up her cat, its stopped eating and isn't moving around anymore.

Message left on our office voicemail...Taylor w/ IDX Sports Promotions...urgent pkg that needs to be delivered.  The other operators heard in background on the message & "sports promotion" were flags to not return call.  

Got the same call, thinking I will call and see if I can get your guy's packages since your not gonna call back. They must have tons of packages sitting there lol.

Just received a call from Tracey from IDX Sports promotion dept  and wants me to call back to release a priority over night package. Asked to dial 844-547-5525. There still out there!

I had the same exact voice mail from Tracy Summers at IDX to release a priority overnight package.  Decided to do a search on the company first and glad I did.  Not calling back.

The scam is still making the rounds.  They left a voicemail for me with the same "priority overnight package" that needs to be released.

"This is Tiffany Benson from LMX Sports Promotion Dept. I have a Fedex package of Steelers memorabilia that I need to send out to you. Please call back at 855-229-0311 so we can verify your information. Thank you and have a GREAT day."
said the young, overly bubbly girl on my voicemail at work. That's been about the 4th call this summer from them
