A hang-up.  I've never received a call from this number before.  I called back and they answered, but I couldn't really understand what they were saying.  Sounded like "collections" at the end.  I called back another time and they answered "hello".  Must be a scam, since I don't owe anything.

i had a voicemail from this number, couldn't understand what she was saying. i called the number and couldn't really understand the man that answered. i told him to take my number off his calling list and he kept asking me "why" and then he said "why, is there a problem?" He wanted to know my name and i wouldn't give it to him. i just told him to take my number off their calling list and that i am registered on the do not call list and i will be taking this to the police. he then said alright, have a nice day. this has to be some sort of scam.

I received a call from 866-907-8566 at my place of employment.  The call was transferred from the receptionist and went to my voice mail.  The caller knew my full name and I could barely understand his accent.  I got the name Christopher, maybe, Bontinet?  I am not calling back.
