no message called 25 minutes ago.???

Answered they asked for James Bryant,  Said no one at that name at this number.  The man thanked me for my time and apologized for calling

"800 Service" is what my caller ID says.  It keeps calling.  I never answer.

They're probably just seeing if you were home or if your no. was live. "James Bryant"? Calling an 866 no.? The same no. that calls a bunch of other nos. with no message?  I got no msg also.  And it goes on and on. How can we stop these invasions?

Call Blocker
You need to buy a standalone call blocker, call blocking phone, use your carrier’s call blocker if they offer one, or download a free call blocking app for smart phones.  For conventional cell phones, assign the number a letter like “z” and make no ring.  You may also need to have your carrier increase the ring time to avoid having them leave a message on your voice mail.

I answered and they immediately hung up, which is irritating. Whenever I call a wrong number I always say "Sorry, I dialed the wrong number." How hard is that??

They were verifying yours is a working number so now you'll get more BS calls. Do not answer calls you do not know and never call them back.

Called again. Left no message .

Stop it with a call blocker like OOMA. I've blocked hundreds of numbers over the years, having to delete old ones to make room for new ones. Phone still rings occasionally, but not near as much.

Rang twice today- only two rings before it cut off.

Called the number back and a recorded message said that "they were calling about the up coming election.

Did not recognize number and let it go to v/m.  No message left, I called the number back and got a recorded message that said they were calling about the upcoming election.  I blocked it.

spam call, rang twice and woke me up from my rare treat of sleep! how dare they, those monsters. if only we could call and inconvenience them at the worst time possible... no message left because call did not complete as I did not answer

This number calls me every day; I answered it once and it just hung up on me
