Unwanted call

866-914-2177 belongs to central business billing office for some St.Louis area hospitals...........

VERY WEIRD.........I called them earlier regarding a hopital bill that I received in the mail that had an unpaid balance after insurance had paid on it........they told me to call the insurance company....get the name of the csr that I speak with and ask why there was unpaid balance: if I did that, then the hospital said they could rebill the insurance company................BULL CRAP! they can re-bill them without me doing that!

this was a automated call it give a claim number i called back the claim number did not work  had to wait 30 minutes on hold then they wanted me to give my personal info i told the guy to f#@koff he had all of that in front of him on his screen still insisted i give him it so i hung up

Called and left message saying who they are....
