Appears to be a robocall that does not begin until a voice trigger by answer. Leaves no message nor speaks if no voice greeting given. Comes in bunches of calls from random numbers that script is in Chinese or English basically asking you to call a number or visa will be cancelled

Received 5 calls from this and different 800 numbers in 20 minutes!  No message.  Irritating!!!

   Doesn't help to get a call about a service outage on the phone that is part of the service that is ooutaged.
    But  yeah, we had an outage that lasted at least 12 hours.

It is Spectrum, it can be the cable outage is fixed or a survey request about service they provided

Lots and lots of scummy crooks here lying about the calls.  No, this is not Spectrum.  The scum posting that it is are lying scumbag crooks trying to convince you that the call is legitimate so that they can steal money from you.  How do I know?  Simple.  No normal person takes the time to look a number up when they know who called and why they called.  There would be no reason to do that.

You should double check the number who called you. This is clearly Spectrum 866-914-2409.

After reading some of the comments from others stating is to inform of restored services. I called the number to verify. Yesterday my area had an outage that lasted over 8 hrs.

With that said, yes it does stay quiet until you speak,
which makes you questions it. But it’s not asking you for any information.

This number may belong to Spectrum but that doesn't mean all calls are from them. Scammers spoof legitimate phone numbers all the time. And why are you even here? As was pointed out in the post you replied to, there is no logical reason for you to look up the phone number since you already know to whom it belongs.

Another person who has never, ever heard of "Caller ID Spoofing"?  How is that possible that you have never heard of it?  Your carefully worded shill post simply does not make the grade.
