866-914-3021 Continually calls I found out after literally 20 calls it's Spectrum!!! They are incessantly calling after I have had to make adjustments to my bill payment. Which has been annotated. But, these maniacal greedy companies after one has made arrangements place one in collections. Well, I will be finding another company. These calls are ridiculous seriously 20 calls a day!!!

I'm rather certain it is not Spectrum - some sort of scam wanting information from folks - they call me daily, using two or three different numbers even though they are blocked - send texts, etc - Stating my bill is past due and service about to be cut off - I do have Spectrum but it is on auto-pay.  I have reported these numbers to no avail.  Spectrum has nothing to do with them.  I answered one day and the little foreigner said she was calling on "behalf" of Spectrum - I raked over the coals but it doesn't matter.  They're just looking for someone that will believe them and get important information such as banking info, etc.

That’s not spectrum. Spectrum will never call you asking for a payment they’ll only send all statements through  email or mail. Don’t give them money

After 44 calls my phone flagging it and 1 text msg plus not a Spectrum customer I called Spectrum local  listing, it is not Spectrum, they recommend blocking calls and texts.

They call over 20 times and have left 15 voicemails, even when i know my bill is paid

These people are relentless. They kept insisting that I give them my personal information. I kept saying "what can I do for you?" I'm sorry you HAVE to verify your information and answer our questions. I laughed and hung up. Just got 2nd call today and I already blocked them from another number this morning. They left a vmail regarding my "spectrum account", which I know it's paid. Don't give them any information, not even your name.

These are scammers bonafide the Spectrum Folks have a different service number.

Getting continuous calls and texts saying I have to pay a Spectrum bill. It’s a scam because I don’t even have Spectrum lol

What information were they asking for?

I have received soooo many calls from this number in the span of about 4 days. They call more than twice a day! Way more! Finally left a voicemail today saying it’s spectrum. I’m going to call spectrum. My phone flags it as Spam Risk. I’ve always been told it’s best never to answer the call so they don’t know your number is active so that’s what I’m doing but they are STILL CALLING SO MUCH!!

Um, if they reached your voicemail then they know your number is still active because an inactive number wouldn't have voicemail set up.

This is NOT Spectrum. Spectrum has never called us if we didn't pay, they just shut us off. Been a customer for years and we now are getting tons of calls each day from this number. A company like Spectrum wouldn't do that. It's scammers looking to get your information and payment. Do not pay over the phone with this number. This to me is a dangerous scam and needs to be stopped. This number needs to go to the FBI or something.

Recorded message saying this is spectrum with important message on your account.
