Always calling at early or late hours

Do not answer, do not respond, do nothing. I’ve been getting them for over two years. In the distant past, I had payday loans, all paid. Idk if they tap into lists or what. I get emails, texts, calls. Also, calls from process servers who say they are coming at a certain time etc BUT if you call, they will help make a payment arrangement to prevent it. Catch a clue- they are paid to serve papers, not act as an intermediary for such arrangements. Do not answer. Do not open anything in emails or texts. Do not respond, even to say you don’t owe anything. Act like they are hot lava and leave them alone. Screenshot , forward to reportphishing@apwg.org and/or file an IC3 report. Read the red flags on the FTC site- these people use fear, urgency as tactical tools. Don’t respond. A legit company will id themselves, give enough info to verify who they are.Usually give a number you can Google. They also impersonate law offices- they aren’t. And, if an email ends with gmail, outlook, yahoo- nope. Legit lawyers have a domain name, ie, attyjohndoe@doellc.com. Screenshot, report by forwarding, erase.

These are professional scammers; do not correspond; hand up immediately; even better, block their number!!

Calls all day long treats of being served papers with your county for non-payment. But won't say payment of what. Call back all they say is I have to set up a payment plan. Is it Spam/ Scam
