Call on cell phone from this number-did not answer-did not leave message.

These slimeballs called me late afternoon 2009 May 14.  They claim someone called from my phone number to place an order.  That's bull carp because I am the only person using my phone number, and I certainly didn't order anything or even call them.

I say they're unauthorized telemarketers, calling me even 'though my name is on all the "do not call" lists.

This number was given to me when I called the Luminess Airbrush Makeup people to be placed on their Do Not Call Registry.  Supposedly it's their Customer Service line.  Since I called it "after hours" (their telemarketers were certainly available at this late hour!), I don't know what happens when you call it.

I keep getting calls from this number at all times day and night. They leave no message and I don't return calls when I don't know who is calling

They called me this afternoon.

The claim was about an order using my number.

I explained to the person that whoever they were calling does not own the number as I picked it up when I moved to Tx in May.

The telemarketer told me I had to fax something in stating I was the owner of the number and whoever they were attempting to contact isn't associated with the number.

I refuse to generate a fax.  The company does not have an email option on their home page ...

When I first got my phone, they were calling me from 4254849307 nonstop. About 3 times a day, even. I never knew anything about "Luminous Air" or whatever until I googled their number to find out why they're calling me. So, I added them to my contacts and put "sent straight to voicemail" (I have T-Mobile so it's the closest option I have to ignore.)

Shortly after that, this 8669144148 number started calling a bunch. I just googled it and found out it's them, too. I wish they would please leave me alone. :\ I had to add them to my contacts, too.

I got the call too.  They get at me about 4 or 5x a week.  

It's not clear what they are doing, whether its some kind of security probe or perhaps voice sampling to help with a development of speech for robots.  Whatever it is, I say "keep vigilant!!"

Someone called me from this number but did not leave a message.
Then when I tried calling them back it sounded like French.
I don't know what this was about.

They have called me 5 times in June, I've had this number for a year, and I'm on the do not call list. He asked for somebody who does not live here and when I told him that he asked me to fax a copy of my phone bill. I told him I was already on the do not call list and hung up. I also complained to the do not call register.

Stop calling my house and hanging up when we answer slime balls.!!!!

Have received one to two calls per week on my business cell phone, in the last 3 months.  They ask for someone I've never heard of.  Then they ask me to fax them a copy of my cell phone statement to prove I'm not that person.  At this point they're told to take a hike.  They have not attemped to solicit product orders and have only probed for information.  The caller's accents are obviously non-native American, suggesting that the calls originate outside the US.

this number is actually a collection agency. they use false info to get you to admit that you are the person they are looking for.  i have no idea how they got my number but i have no idea who the person is that they are looking for. i told them to stop calling or i would report them.

@ Dave: Thanks for the info. They keep calling me even though I'm on a "do not call" list and just pick up and then hang-up right after for me. They're calling me either every day or every few days. I'm seriously getting annoyed with it.

These people need to leave me alone and quit calling, very tired of harassing calls--i never answer, & I am on a do not call list!!! Get the hint and leave me alone!!!

This phone number was listed for a "cosmetic company" that put a fraudulent charge on my credit card.  Luckily the credit card company caught it and asked me about it.  Never heard of them until I googled this number.  Beware.

That is Luminess Air Cosmetic company.  They called me after I called their line from the informercial and hung up before I ordered.  They will blow up your phone until you answer it.

They just called, again. They have been quiet for the past few weeks, unlike the 2, 3 times per day calls.
But this number has been calling at least a year now, I never answer and they simply will not quit!

Verizon, the DNC list, which I reported the number numerous times won't help.
