    Got a call from this number 866-914-5817. When you answer the phone, it clicks a few times and then hangs up.  IF YOU CALL THIS NUMBER, THE PHONE RINGS AND NOBODY WILL ANSWER.

    They called me after 11:30 at night.  When I answered the call (to tell them never to call me so late again) it was immediately disconnected.  When I tried to call them back to complain it rang and rang with no answer.

    Caller said he was from the firefighters and paramedics association looking for donation.  When I said I cannot at this time and maybe will in the future, he said "yeahhh" and hung up.
