received this call at 5:16 am.

Got a call from this number 866-914-5821. When you answer the phone, it clicks a few times and then hangs up.  IF YOU CALL THIS NUMBER, THE PHONE RINGS AND NOBODY WILL ANSWER.

on no call list but get 3or 4 calls from this number per week .I do not answer a call I do not recognize! who are these CREEPS ?

Receive calls from and 866 area code number nearly every day, sometimes up to three times or more a day, this one today, last two numbers of 12 vs 21 yesterday. I wish someone knew where the calls are coming from and a way to stop it. I usually don't answer them but due to an autoimmune illness (which is better!) have to have rest and am woke up sometimes from the calls when the phone is not turned off.

hangs up, calls back night and day.

Leaves no message and I too have received the 12 vs 21 telephone number
I am on the National Do Not Call List...what gives?
