It's Time Warner Cable

This person threaten me.  Left a Msg stating if I wouldn't call back I would have to suffer the consequences.   Has a strong accent, extremely rude and you can hardly understand it.  Had to play Msg. Multiple times to understand it.

Time Warner Cable - with "special offers"

Told them that I was both on the Do Not Call list and had told them specifically to opt me out of ALL marketing programs.  She apologized and said that my number would be removed but would take 30 days.

Is it just me or is it pretty crappy that companies seem to be able to instantly add someone to a list but when it comes to taking them off, whoa, now that's hard stuff and will take up to 30 days for some reason.

I'm on Do not call list so why are they calling

That just means that either they have a loophole in being able to call you  or they are not abiding by the DNC Registry and are in violation.
