A call was left on home voicemail that a Victoria Taylor, who represented herself as a process server, was calling my number because it was a backup number listed for my son. She said she needed to serve a summons on my son, wanted me to give her his current address. She said not to call the number back because it was only for outgoing calls. She left a number for CCR & Associates 866-916-7965, to tell my son to call her back with his address. She left a case # for him to refer to. Was suspicious of this call, because I received a threatning call several months ago from someone looking for my son, wanting my ss# to confirm their info. Called my son, he said he had received similar call and reported it right away to State Atty's office. These people threatened my  grandaughter they were going to send police to my home if she didn't get me on the phone. My wife spoke to them, they had the whole speech about my son getting a loan with me as a cosigner which I wasn't. They were very intimidating. They keep calling and leaving messages to call back.

Called me in 2008 as a collector for cash advance America got $700 out of me and now the number is no longer in service I'm so bummed right now and I still have to repay the loan from 2006
