I was charged that too and when I called the 866 number and spoke to the sales rep I couldn't hear her and every time I spoke I could hear my echo. I canceled it too and they said they would not refund any of it either. I just hope they do cancel it and not charge me AGAIN!!!

yeah i got involved in this too, but just to clarify...the terms and conditions DO state that if you do not cancel within the first 15 days after the shipment of your trial that you will be billed for it. that's why everyone is seeing the first charge appear. its a monthly service so they will continue to bill you each month (hence the repeat charges) if you do not cancel over the phone with them.

How did you get your money back? i have called them but they refused my request.

yes  Tod , i know they state that on the web under" satisfaction gurrantee" it is on the separate section. They push us to "rush" an order so we don't have time to read that 14 days trial condition. They NEVER WANT YOU TO REALIZE THAT YOU HAVE TO CALL THEM TO CANCEL .  ToTAl SCAM!!!! That is how they make money!! Will you buy this stupid product for $80. NO!!!  Conclusion: Even they DO state the 14 day trial condition, they don't want you to read it!! They just do it to protect themselves. They re thift, criminal and scamer!!  This company have one intention" to TAKE your money with no sense of honesty". It is our money, we should pay for what we WANT!! Why we have to pay $ 83 for a trial size product!!!That's non sense. Let us speak out lound to end this evil company

I called the Celebrity White 866-202-0846 to cancel my order...didn't seem to be any issues.  But do you happen to have the other number to call to cancel the other trial package that the Naperville Mom ad was offering?
