Scammers. Do not verify information, do not give in to them on any of their threats. Do not give them any money. they run multiple

scams including

Claiming to be law firms
Claiming to be debt collectors
Claiming to be a loan lender
Claiming you are receiving a grant
Claiming they are Tech support and you have viruses on your computer
Claiming you are being sued for fraudulent activities and that they are government officials or police.

and many others..

They will have multiple numbers due to SPOOFING their numbers. Some of the numbers might even be the victims numbers they are

stealing. They use india cell phones linked to United States numbers, magic jack, skype, google talk, etc.. to look like they are

in the United States. Even though they got our information sold to them and hacked from the United States, the callers themselves

are not part of the US. This is why they are hard to trace and our laws do not pertain to them.

Coming from someone named Maria, maybe you should be asking people to call immigration.

National Credit Adjusters called me two times in one hour while I was working. When I didn't answer they called my cell phone company and pretended to be me with the last 4 digits of my social security number. They got my kids cell phone numbers and started calling their phones repeatedly while they were at school. They won't listen when I try to tell them that my debt had been already been paid. They keep telling me that I owe all these extra fees and fines, but won't tell mr why. When I offer to pay them what I can afford just to maker them go away  they won't except any amount but 100.00 per month. I can't afford that especially on a loan that was already paid for. I offered to provide them with paper work to verify the loan was paid but they won't give me a address to send it to. I wish there was a way I could make then stop harnessing me and my children. I asked them to stop calling the kids and they told me no. They said they would keep calling until they get their money. I am literally sick to my stomach over this. Please tell me what to do. Thanks.

Why would you pay scammers, when you know the loan was already paid off?  If you do pay, what will happen is they'll keep calling you or sell your name/number to someone else to call and scam you.  Report your callers to the FTC, FCC, FBI and your state's Attorney General.  However, since they're likely scammers from India, there's not much can be done about them.  Just tell the jokers that the FBI is tracing all calls they make to you - that might get the calls to stop, at least for a time.

I got a letter from them. I don't owe then anymoney. they said that they 510.00 or they will sue me. they have an email address  .www.ncaks.com. the one part of the letter has  concord ca. 94524  but the next has Hutchinson ks 67504-0550.  these people need to be stop.i get email from acs. about everyday. I copy them and send then to the police and everyone else.

I have been screwed by them. Ive been receiving statements from them and paying them every month for CashNet.
They have a Hutchinson address as well as Concord adres on their statements.
There are so many phone numbers on all statements which doesn't appear cool!
What made me suspicious was that I received a call "UNKNOWN" from a KIM at NCA 800-286-5427 ext 1354, and then another from WAYNNE LAFAYETTE (this voice was different to the Wayne ive been speaking to)
This number 866-927-9508 appears on my statements, then I stumbled upon comments on here.
