Did they leave you a VM?

I received a call from UNKNOWN.  The voice mail revealed that the caller is Benjamin Fernandez with Process Service Dispatch and he said that he's a process server serving legal paperwork on my husband and to call 866-936-0128, if I have any questions.  I have a feeling this is a scam, since my husband and I have received this type of phone scam before.  Legally, they must serve you in person.  Not over the phone.  Do not return their call.

Caller ID said private number. They left message saying there was a complaint against me and to call them back at this number. No details about who is complaining or what the complaint is about. If being served then it needs to be done in person not by phone. Anyone else getting these calls? Scam likely?

Received a call today from unknown caller sating he was from a law firm but caller id was unknown they stated there is a civil matter being processed with the county they even had a case number this is a scam but They even went as far as calling my whole family
