called twice by this number. Called back to see what company it was but on first ring a young man answered the phone and asked "who is this?". Never did he identified himself nor what company he works for ( if any). All I can say is I don't feel comfortable about speaking to this person or persons with this number at all.

Pretty much the same scenario here about calling it back - there is a dead silence for approximately 3 seconds for me and then my cell phone says "Disconnected".  I've only gotten two calls, but never answered (I have a pretty strict "Don't Know Number - Don't Answer Call" policy that I pair with the idea of "If it's important, they'll leave a message" - works pretty well for me :) ).  Would still like to know who this is though just because of the whole no one on the other end when calling back and then the call ends - seems kind of fishy?

An internet query shows this nbr for a real estate agent - Hawaiian land.

They called me at 6:34am (ET) and again at 8:41am today; no voice, no answer, nothing...

This is HARRASMENT, STOP CALLING ME!!!

I received two calls-one on Thanksgiving day and one two days later.  They did not leave a message and I did not try to call them back.

1-866-936-0451 called my cell phone Christmas Eve, left no message, I could not get a hold of them when I tried calling back. I still have no idea who it is. When the call went through the second time I tried calling, it wouldn't ring until after 30 seconds before it says that this number is not in service. I wish I knew who it was.

they call me every other day and when i call back mt phone ends up disconnecting after 5 rings.
but today i called back and a guy with an accent from india answered and said hello like it was a personal line.

A man with an accent calls me every other day from this number and when I answer he says my number was selected to receive a $300 gas card.  I told him I was not interested and told him to remove my number from his call list and he wanted to argue with me.  He was wanting to know why I wasn't interested because he was not selling me anything.  I told him again I was not interested and he asked me why I wasn't interested.  I told NOTHING is free and to stop calling me.

Guy with accent told me I won a $300 gas coupon. I asked him how they contacted me even though I didn't sign up for any gas sweepstakes. He ignored me and said something about a vacation. I told him he didn't answer my question; he said something about receiving it from the California govt.? I had another call waiting (from a prerecorded spam message -__-), so I said "no thank you" and that I had to go. I think he said "bye," but I don't remember.

I've gotten several calls in one day from this number, and 2 days in a row recieved a call at 8am. It would be great if i had requested a wake up call, but i didn't.
if there was ever anyone on the other end i would tell them to stop calling, but everytime i answer the other end is silent.

this is just another ploy for the government.....careful everyone!

when i tried to call back they hang up on me 6 seconds into answer and my phone acknowledges an answer but there is no sound! this is very annoying
God will stop all of it in due time.....and peace will be thruoghout the land once the insanity has reached its peak.....PRAISE GOD!

They are trying to give away $300 gas gift cards, but I didn't ever sign up for such mess!

I am smarter than that... They needed my cc number to pay for the "shipping". The guy was real annoying. He had an indian accent and would not stop pressing the issue.

I looked up the name he gave me... ez1rate... just google it and you'll see how these screwjobs operate.

He persisted that I go with it and I told him I didn't have $4. He then asked me if I could borrow the $4 and I said outloud at my office what he said and everyone laughed. Finally after 3:43 he got the drift and said goodbye.

I pick up and some guy with a funny voice says hello.  I don't say anything and he says hello again and then he hung up.

I HAVE RECEIVED SO MANY CALLS FROM THIS FREAK. I called back this morning and sure enough sounded like a kid. This person needs to grow up. I wonder how many victims he has taken with the gas scam.
