I got a call too and no idea.

I received a call from this number not sure who it is or who they are 866-936-0552 and they say they’re OLS delivery system

This number was left me to call but it was made to my son's number. I tried to call it when i used my cell, it just says to leave a message. When i use a landline, it does not connect, just hangs up. ???? No idea

Got a call from this number saying they are a collection agency for my son. Not explicit on what. Generic

Called looking for my grown daughter (lives in another state) saying they’re trying to deliver “legal documents” to her. I’m pretty sure they’re a collection agency. I just told them I have no idea where she lives or how to contact her. Not throwing MY girl under the bus. 🙄

More likely to be a total scam. That is a common script used by both debt scammers and the process service scammers. No "OLS Delivery Service" readily shows up in quick search, but there an OLS Shipping outfit. Scammers love to use names that exploit 'confuseable' names as a way to hide.

Either way, ignore the call and don't give them any info or hints. Block the number and give your daughter a heads up so she knows about the calls. Remind her that a voice on the phone is not legal notice of a debt and that process servers do not call ahead.
