Get at least one call every other day from this number for the past six months. Never answer it and whomever, never leaves a message. Have reported this call to the "DO NOT CALL" list. that was and is a waste of time. So much for our tax dollars working.

Having an automatic answer taking the calls is an invitation to continue, they need a live voice. Few have a plan to handle an automatic answer and have nothing to gain doing so. You'll have better luck if these clowns get absolutely nothing when they call, if you can do it. YOU may not be answering, but they still get an automatic one. After a while, you'll see calls reduced.
