Caller "Debbie" stated she was with Citibank and was making a courteous call to thank me for continued business with Citibank and wanted to thank me for my outstanding payment history with this company (I have one credit card with Citibank). She proceeded to tell me that due to the current economic crisis there are programs available to help me pay my bill if necessary. I told her I was comfortable with my payment and did not need any assistance. She thanked me again and told me to call 866-936-4818 if I have any questions. I am skeptical as to whether this was Citibank or not but I got tired of the numerous calls so I decided to answer this time. "Debbie" did not ask for any personal information nor did I volunteer any. If someone has a different experience with this number please let me know.
