    more of the "HUD Rights" thing.  Called "Relief Council" and says they're with HUD and have programs to stop foreclosure and re-fi a mortgage.  Card postmarked from Glendale, CA (didn't read the fine print) and the callers call-back number is 323-456-1908 - a L.A. Cal - area number.  They refer me to a law firm of Gordon & Assoc in So Cal who will, for $3K, negotiate a new loan with my lender after receiving a deposit of $1,000.  Too many scammers in the re-fi business.  Watch out.
