This phone number appears for an unauthorized attempt to purchase through Shopify. Possible bank account hacker. Reported immediately to bank. I advice to have emails & text alerts on for your bank, this was extremely helpful at stopping this.

This appeared as a fraudulent Shopify charge on my bank account. Fortunately they tried to use an expired card, but this is clearly bank fraud and will be reported to my bank.

866-938-2427 was the phone number provided when I asked the bank if there was any other information they had regarding the fraudulent SHOPIFY transaction posted to my account.  Fortunately I caught it and it is taken care of.  I am now seeking if I should call this number or if it's still a scam number.

Got a pre-authorization charge 0$ on my credit card yesterday. Shopify-charge.com 866-938-242 TXUS. I called my credit card company and they froze the card due to this suspicious activity.

I also got a suspicious charge for $1.00 on my credit card from Shopify-charge. The phone number under the merchant was 866-938-2427.  The address was in Texas. I cancelled that card number and the credit card company gave me a new different number. Darn scammers!
