866-946-9545 calls my cell, 4 times a day, starting like clockwork at 8a.m and the final call at 8:30p.m.  I have told them several times that I have had this number for a month now and am not the person they keep calling for, everytime they assure me there will be no more calls.

I just received a call from them on my cell.  So I called from a land line and a recording came on stating it was someone who uses a video calling system and please wait to be connected.

they left me a message, It is Indigo Credit Bank.

You have bn hacked i had 9 charges on my card frm this card company idk but i filed a police report thr saying thrs more victims n conducting a full investigation... hope this helps ....

I received a call from another number and was speaking to a gentle man and got disconnected. He called me back and this is the number he called from. He said that he was a debt collector for indigo card and was trying to set up payment arrangements that I had canceled. I canceled last week because of strong suspicion that this is a scam.
