Live caller telling me there have been upgrades in my neighborhood to AT&T Uverse and was I familiar with the features.

I don't know how they get around the do not call list.

getting 3 calls per day from this number, letting it go straight to message but no message ever left.

same here, i told the guy not to call but after that I still got many calls from this number.

Same here. 3 to 4 calls per day, for the last four days. I dont pick up, and who/whatever it is leaves no message.

Getting a call a day from this telemarketer soliciting me for new AT&T Uverse service. Problem is I've had AT&T Uverse at my house the past 6 months.

I've asked to be added to the do not call list 3 times now, but "it will take 30 days for me to be added". [***]. No computer system requires 30 days to update.

Icing on the cake is that the "AT&T Uverse" facebook contacts claim that this number is not part of AT&T. So it could be a scam. Might be true because they did not know my name when I gave them my phone number, however that is the way the real AT&T Uverse company looks up my account each and every time.

Keep reporting them to FCC do not call list.

This number keeps calling me three times at day, I don't have my cell listed I don't know how in the hell they got my number. I reported to my cell company will see what happen whit that.

They are calling my work phone.......

I didn't add that I've had 3 calls this morning and it isn't 11 am yet.

This number comes in twice a day, everyday - no messages left and my number is unlisted.  I am sick of this annoyance and nuisance from 1 866 948 2750.

Yep, same with me.  Calls my work phone at least 3 times a day.

Yes, it's ATT trying to drum up Uverse sales. Why they can call is that at one time you were or currently are an  ATT customer. You do have a phone, right? Makes you a valid active client with a business relationship, not an unknown.
