We called the number on our Aetna card and they said 866-949-0605 is not a phone number associated with Aetna.

Called for medical information

Received a call this morning from this number and it came up as Spam Risk! I blocked it!

We also called Aetna to find out if this number is legit, the customer rep said its not one of their numbers, and the customer rep also said that there was not a record of anyone calling my husband from Aetna which is protocol to document.

Claimed to be Aetna insurance but they tried asking me for my info which if they were legit would have right in their database so it seems to be a phishing scam. I contacted Aetna immediately and they confirmed no one called me and it was not one of their phone numbers. Be careful, people!

Got 3 calls. I have no messages in Aetna app. And this is not one of Aetna numbers in my contact list. So I'm blocking them.

STOP wasting BOTH our time, "AETNA" wanna be !

Since your caller is not going to be checking this website, YELLING here is not going to do anything.  Besides, even if they did read your post, they would not know who "aurora99" really is.

Had voicemail for my husband saying it was Aetna Medicare Advantage and they needed to talk to him. They gave a pin number but said if he called back to "this" number he wouldn't need the pin. Said they would call 3 times before May 10 but hoped he would call them before May 10. It just sounded very suspicious. They've called 2X so I guess they'll call one more time. I'm so sick of the scammers!

Received 2 calls on my landline caller claimed to be with Aetna and had a “Reminder” for Deadeye. I called the number and was directed to auto prompts asking for my date of birth and zip code. I hung up. My Aetna App also doesn’t show any messages. Reeks of scamming.
