CALLED MANY TIMES - DIDN'T ANSWER.  CALLED THE NUMBER BACK AND RECORDING SAID NUMBER NOT IN SERVICE CHECK NUMBER AND REDIAL.  HOW CAN A NUMBER NOT BE IN SERVICE IF IT IS CALLING MY NUMBER MANY, MANY TIMES????!!!??

This is a health insurance number. I was looking for health insurance
because mine got dropped from work. big no no. Now I get all sorts of calls.
next time I will use a off the wall number.

Got my cell phone number some how and am getting calls I do not want!!

I have been getting these calls too.  No one is ever there which means they are testing to see what time you are at home.  I use the *57 feature to trace the call.  After three traces, I call the Yavapai County Sherrif's Office and file a harassment complaint.

For the person who said they are calling your cell phone, that is illegal.  report it to your carrier and initiate a complaint with the FCC, the FTC and your local police.  It is a federal offense to call a cell phone for the purposes of solicitation, because it costs you money.

When I answered the phone, it was a recording stating that my debit card had been deactivated.  It said that I needed to give them my card number, expiration date, and my social security number.  I hung up.  I dialed the number back and a recording answered stating that it was Alliance Health Advisors.  About 10 minutes later, my husband called to say that they had just called him as well.

I received a telephone call from 866-949-0720 sating my credit I card was being used fraulently and I would be transferred to the security department but hung up the call.  When I press redail on my phone I was told the number was not a working number, but when I dialed the numbers individually on my phone I was connected to Alliance Health care company.  This is a "Fraudelnt number", do not give them your personal information.

I got a call from this number at 3:00 in the morning. I was pissed! Those middle-of-the-night calls are the ones you don't want to hear because they could be a family member calling with bad news! I called the number and it said Alliance Health advisors, but no answer!!

BEWARE OF SCAM

We received a call from 1-866-949-0720 at 11:53 PM (3/8/09) and again at 3:30 pm this afternoon (3/9/09). We did not answer the midnight call.

The call this afternoon was a recorded voice. It said they were calling from ??, and they were from the security division of my ATM account. I was supposed to press "1" to connect, but I hung up instead.

There isn't anything that could be legitimate about that call, as I have no ATM card !!

We have been calling insurance companies to get quote for my daughter as she needs health insurance to cover her from the time she graduates college till she gets a job and it's difficult to find any because she has diabetes.  We put in a message to have Alliance insurance call us with a quote. My husband, daughter and I were all calling people on our cells and the home phone when the home phone rang at 9:24 on 4/29/09. The man introduced himself as a broker from alliance and he had a few questions.  He asked her if she was diabetic and she said yes, then he asked if she was on any medications, she said yes..I asked my daughter to put it on speaker phone so if my husband or I had any questions for him we could participate in the phone call. After it was on speaker phone the man asked her what kind of insulin and he started to name a few.  My daughter interupted and said Humalong then in a shocking response he stated "YOU DUMB [***] NO WONDER YOU HAVE F*****G DIABETES"  My husband and I were shocked as well as my daughter.  She got scared and hung up. My husband tried and tried to call back and no one would answer the phone after it was initially picked up saying we have reached Alliance.  We are going to keep calling to make sure this person is dealt with  Wish us luck.

They are a health insurance company, Alliance Health...they provide low cost health insurance and good customer service.  Annoying that they call but are just trying to help!

Calling for insurance for my husband and I got tangled up with these people,they keep calling and calling, cant even delete them from my phone, I just want it to stop.

I received calls from this number as well and they would never respond when I picked up. When I called back it said the number wasn't in service. They have now attempted to switch numbers on me as well but both numbers are connected with this company. I finally looked them up and called them and told them to stop calling me. I recommend doing the same and if they don't listen, report them. It's annoying and harassment and no one should have to put up with it. I have been looking for individual health care coverage and these companies are like vultures. It's really hard not to get too annoyed when they call all the time just because I did some independent online research. So call them and tell them to leave you alone. I'm hoping it works.

i received a call from one of the brokers at this number after searching for lower health ins coverage w/pre-existing conditions.  i then called back, entered his extension and got him.  he's been very helpful and nice, but these pages are why i'm checking the company out

I had the same problem! I found out WHO is servicing this number and I called them and told them to tell their client to stop F****n bothering me. The person I spoke to assured me that he would tell his "client" to remove my number from their data base. I recommend EVERYONE to do this.
The company is TMC Communications. To contact them call 866-999-1155 and give your complaint. And their website is www.tmccom.com. They seem to be very helpful but I won't know how helpful they really are until I see if the calls stop, as of yet ...none. But if enough people call them and complain, I'm sure THEY'LL get tired of it! Good Luck everyone.

Receive many unsolicited calls from this number.  They do not respond when we answer the phone.

In one day I got 15 phone calls from this company!  I had my phone on vibrate all day, so I didn't answer, but they called me at 12:30am and 3:45 am!  I don't care who you are, nobody has the right to phone someone in the middle of the night.  I will call the number ED suggested to make the calls stop.

They are an insurance companyo that specializes with preexisting conditions. People should be lucky that they accept you unlike other insurance companies where the automatically decline you for pre existing conditons. I myself is signed up with them & have NO problems with their plan and customer service. I spoke to a female who got all my general information & as we were speakin she soemone transfered all that information to one of their brookers and said he had a plan ready for us. It was a really quick transfer and they were really funny and nice and helpful.....

we did make an enquirey online looking for health ins. because i will have to retire from my job soon and our heath plan cood possibly go with it. when we went to one site we entered of info and sent it.Within second after going offline the phone started ringing from 4 different ins. co's. apparently we missed the real real fine print in that light shade of gray nobdy can see in the first place,it say's by by giving us your info you are agreeing to have these 4 co's call you. Your basicaly you know what for about a week, until you tell them you have an accurate piece of paper with times, #'s and very s__ty remarks and sometimes names and recorded calls, That you will take this info to the state attorney generals office and press full charges they seem to back off. Anyway came home today to find 4 messages on my machine the last one being from 866-949-0720 and the message was in a womans voice saying realy low " I'M SIIICK " then they hang up, now i will probably take this one to the FCC and let them handle it. Thats not only a prank call from a supposed business it's flat out harrassment.
