They want name and birth date. Dont give it. Say they are billing for your dr office or letting you know of upcoming appts. Its a scam...block tge number.

Keep in mind, just because a number is legit, doesn't mean the caller is!

Scammers spoof legitimate numbers to trick people into a false sense of security to answer their calls and attempt to get money or personal information from you.
This is why no one will encourage others to report of legitimate numbers, as they only confuse people into believing it is a legit call when a scammer has called them and they come here to find out about the call.

If it is a legitimate call, then anyone receiving a call would know WHY they got a call from this number, right?
So what would be a reason to come and post about it to a site designed to share information about UNKNOWN callers, such as Telemarketers, Scammers and Debt Collectors?

If your call was legit,  telling about it won't  be any comfort to those who may get a spoofed call from some scammer!

Called three times in a row and left robo-voicemail telling me it's about a bill at a local hospital that I do still owe. However they left a link to a "patient portal" for me to register at, sign in and read their message. Out of curiosity I went to the site just to see what the homepage says. I'm not worried about viruses, et all since I run a Linux system and have not had one in way over ten years. Anyway, the website does NOT exist. I just get my ISP's DNS search page.

This number calls repeatedly, rings about 20 times until phone automaticaaly tells the caller to enter access code. They then hang up and call back again a few seconds later &  it repeats. Had to unplug my phone this morning to stop the ringing. Caller ID lists Cenbusoff.

FWIW, as of today, 3/5/2019, this is a good number.  It's the billing dept. for the Lutheran Health Group in Fort Wayne, IN (however, I was on hold for 15-20 minutes before I got to speak to someone)

Called with message for access code to pay Medical bill. I looked up number comes from BYRD MEDICAL CLINIC INC located in LEESVILLE, LA. Never heard of them.
