    i believe this fraudulent or scam.  They send you a large check (mine was $1,298) to be used for purchase airline tickets through US Airlines (probably also a made-up carrier) from the company "Travel Union" and they say on the check that it is NOT a timeshare or land sales offer.  Look up Travel Union and you will see countless complaints about the company.  My suggestion:  Tear the check up and move on!!!
