Received a call about a debt that I do not owe and stating they are going to suspend my license.

Got a call saying i had not responded to summons to appear in court (never got anything) about a debt that i never owed. Anthony got very rude with me when i told him that i was reporting him to the FTC. hung up on me. I called him back just to be mean and told him that i was also calling my police department.

keep telling me they are sending me a summons and i have to sign for it.  at first i was scared but i do not have any outstanding debts.  this is a scam to scare people  out of money.   reporting to FTC and police.

They called and left a message saying they are with the National Association of Professional Process Servers and they wanted to know if I'd be home from 4-6 tomorrow evening or the next to sign something. They told me to call this number back, which is supposedly for a RSG Legal.

I just got the same message, but I think this is a scam.

Got call from (256) 343-0747 caller ID says pro serve,  left  this exact message saying " For the call we ae scheduled to deliver certified documents between the hours of 4pm and 6pm either tomorrow or the following day. the only reason for the call is the documents do require a sgnature so we were needing to verify if you would be available during those times to sign for the documents. if you have any questions or need to arrange a different time frame please contact the issue with agents office which is RSG legal .they can be reached at 866-949-4613 if not if those hours work for you just disregard the call and look out for those documrnts and take it from there. thank you"
