I got a call and they hung up as soon as I answered.  I called them back.  It's Help America "Our Nations Leader in Credit Card Debt Relief" according to their message.  There menu has an option to remove you from their calling list.  I don't know if it works I just did it today after they called.

I receive calls from them daily now even around 9PM as well which is very upsetting. I dont understand how they obtain numbers though. Gonna try to remove myself from list now. Thanks for the info above!

New Update: They just called me again and they are indeed Help America. I told them I did not send any request for info. The lady responded and said, the only way they contact people is if they respond from their website, TV, or Magazine ADD (Which I might have done in the past). She said she will remove me from the calling list.
