They called several people that I know vaguely, no relationship with, and were looking for me. They claim to be a law firm representing a loan company that wasn’t paid in 2014. They also claim to be a marshal trying to serve me with a lawsuit of said loan, they couldn’t provide any information about this loan.

Marshal calls and ask a lot of questions stating he is a private investigator about false documents never saying where he is from or with and when I wouldn't answer his questions stated I'll be picked up for questioning. Called him back and got a mr Gibson who said I asked too many questions and to have a nice day before hanging up.

Called from a Blocked number and left this phone number on the voicemail. They said I was being sued and they were going to serve me at my home and at my past employer from 12 years ago. The guy had my DOB and last 4 of my SSN. I am concerned what type of company this is, and who would be sueing me.
