all I know is it is a man named Mr. Johnson who calls at inappropriate hours and attempts to collect a debt he says you owe with threats.  that is all I know, I have a relative that has had calls from this number.

I received a message on my machine that had the matching CID timestamp read "Unknown".  The annoyingly happy caller stated his name was Tom Preston and even spelled his last name.  He then proceeded to state he was "here at the county" and had a legal document that needs to be sent out to me.  He mentioned that Kelly Kingman was "the dispatcher here tonight" and "we have a toll free # here so it won't cost you any money...please call us back at 1-866-961-3060."  1) I have worked w/ our county courthouse before.  The clerks never leave too detailed of messages, and they also state what county they are calling from.  Also, upon calling the courthouse to confirm their numbers, they verified there is no toll-free number.  2) The courthouse closes by 4 p.m.; there would be no "night dispatcher".  3) The courthouse does not hold packages; if there was an attempt to deliver something to me and I missed it, the PO would have left an attempted delivery card. There's something not right about this whole situation.

I received the same call as Confused on Jan. 29, 2010, and I was really concerned.  Has anyone found out anything?
