You people again? Extended car warranties are a huge waste of money. If they were any good at all these people would not be telemarketing and just let the demand take over.

I'm posting this because my Uncle recently had the unfortunate opportunity to be SCAMMED by this organization... EXTENDED AUTO WARRANTY 866 961-3350 FL

Extended Auto Warranty sold my Uncle a warranty for 5 years (to an 81 yr old man) for $1990.00. He unfortuntely bought into the customer service hoax. I recently started to monitor his bank accounts and noticed that his bank statement showed a debit of $1990.00. I immediately called the phone number on this bank statement (866-961-3350 FL) I asked the customer rep. why they would sell an 81 yr old man a 1990.00 extended auto warranty! He said "we sell 91 yr old men $1990.00 auto warranties" I asked to speak to a SUPERVISOR, he said he was the supervisor, I asked to speak to a director, he said he was the director, I asked to speak to the president of the co. He said he was the president.

So, ask yourself, why would anyone admit that this company has great customer service. Wanna bet that Lisa and Harry are connected in some way to this scam of a company.

A man and woman from EXTENDED AUTO WARRANTY (1868 North University Dr., Plantation, FL 33322) harassed my father during the death of my mother and SCAMMED him for $2800.  I tried to cancel this the next day and the woman said her supervisor would call back in 20 minutes to talk to my father (she DID NOT want to talk to me). After waiting for a return phone call after 30 minutes I called them...Mr. Glasglow fought with me for 1 hour...he finally said for me to fax him over the information to get a credit of $1000 to my fathers visa (they were planning on charging the $1800 balance over an extended time)!  No credit happened and I had to cancel my fathers visa.  My father did receive a booklet in the mail from ROYAL PROTECTION (5695  Yukon Street, Arvada, CO 80002)I then called their number 1-800-531-1925 to get the refund...that person said his computer was updating and he could not access my records!

I wrote the Michigan Attorney General about this with no response.

The couple at EXTENDED AUTO WARRANTY now send my father letters with phone calls wanting the balance of this car warranty!!! They will not get a penny more and this was a hard lesson learned by my 76 year old father.
Also, my fathers truck has only 10,000 miles on it!!!!!

My 82 year old father was also taken. Orig they told him it would be $350.00. Then they charged over $3,000 to his cc. After he thought about it I called back the next day to verify how much it was. My father and I both spoke to him and said that we needed to cancel it. We were told that it couldn't be cancelled over the phone and needed to be in writing. I got the fax# and faxed the letter the next day. Then he called my father and told him that it couldn't be cancelled even in writing. I asked to speak to his supervisor and superiors and of course he was all of them. This must be STOPPED. We will be contacting a lawyer also.

They called me and talked me into getting a 3 year warrenty on my jeep. I am a 70 year old widow. When I called the number back their lines where busy. I left a message for them to call me back but they didn't. I put the three years worth ( 2,7033) on my debit card. I called the bank but can't do anything at this time. All this took place in one day.

Yes they a fraudgilant company if would not had look up the phone number I would had never know that it was.  they are trying to take my mother to the cleaners. as well for $1990 sound formailliar then they called acting as if he was a christion and lied and then he was fronm bank of america and bank of america does not need your credit card information because they already have it.

I tank that they are very evil and wrong people and nothing that they do shall prosper from this point on.  It is very wrong to take advantage of people.  it is not rite at all.

WOW! At first i called that company too. i thought that they were scammers as well. Because my mother of 82 yrs of age took out this policy and natrually i thought the worst. My mom does not drive that much, shes older than the average driver. I really thought the worst. Especially when i called trying to cancel for my mom but my mom being stuborn pleaded with me to keep the policy so we did. I will say that I'm very pleased with the results because she did have to take her c ar in for a major repair that would have cost her over 2800.oo dollars and the only thing she paid for was a 100.00 deductible. Now I can not speak for other companies but this company took care of my moms claims with out any hassles or compications. And I cant tell you how relieved I was.

    Ken
Called me offering an extended warranty/insurance for my vehicle.  Gave me lots of great quotes and sales pitches.  When i told them that I would have to discuss thi in depth with my wife they informed me that the price could change over night (Red Flag)  I stated that I understood but that I would call them back after we discussed it, finally I recieved the number, but he told me that it would be best if he called me.  We have set up a time for tommorrow,  I will then inform him of the research i have found on his great company.   SCAM ALERT! ! ! !

If they were a reputable company they would not be telemarketing sales, as there phones would be ringing not ours. . . .
