Answers as customer service then hold for next available representative, a very long wait might I say. A 3 minute wait so far... and still waiting... 6 minutes now waiting... guess they call you and figure you have all day to wait on them to answer and they can't even post their name on caller ID. I have now waited 11 minutes and no representative answers to take the call yet. 17 min. long enough wait.... so sorry cant say who they are when I find out I will post

Received call from 866-961-3499.
Woman identified herself as calling from National Conservation Voters and asked to speak to my husband -- she asked by name.
I said, "He's not here.  Would you please take us off your call list?"
She said, "That's OK, I can call back another time."
I said, "No, it's not OK.  We're on the National Do Not Call list.  Please take our number off your list."
She hung-up on me.
Looked up the organization name. no matches on Google.
Called the number to speak with manager -- recorded message said, "Thank you for calling customer service."  Then, music and very, very long wait.  No one ever answered.

Called few times and never left a message. It should be tele marketer

I got the same call several times. When I tried to call back, it does the "Thanks for calling customer service" thing and puts you on hold. Nice hold music, though, at least that's something! *laugh*

Have received various calls from 1-866-961-3499.  Will not leave message on voice mail.  Have the same issues when I have tried to call back.  "Thanks for calling customer service" thing and then long wait.

I have been receiving calls from them for almost three years now sometimes it's just once a day some times four or five times a day. When I answer there is no one on the other end and after a couple seconds I hear a click and they just hang up. When I try calling them back I get an automated woman that states that all of their representatives are currently busy. I have spent a few hours on the phone waiting on hold since this started happening.

Called this morning, did not leave a message.

block the # I have 12 #'s blocked because of this.

I also received this call from 866-961-3499 on May 19th @ 12:55pm. It was a poll for current issues involving Cap & Trade as well as questions concerning Obama.  The poll only reports positive responses therefore it is not an accurate poll. I asked the pollster and was given this information so I am not making it up. Any poll that I have previously been involved in reported positive as well as negative responses otherwise why conduct a poll? So, the next time you see a poll and do not agree with it and it involves our leaders...you don't have to scratch your head anymore like I once did nor do you have to wonder if some of America needs a reality check!! The poll is only reflecting the response that is favorable to the question being asked.
