I saw this really nice home for rent on CRAIGS LIST. 2 bed 2 bath 2 car garage for $375/month in the Orlando, FL area.... Fishy right!?!? Didnt have an e-mail or address but it had THIS NUMBER: 866-961-3604... And another one had 977-431-0824. The message says that for around $2.00 they'll send you a list of over 750,000 homes that are foreclosure. The only way you can talk to the owner or bank of whatever house is for rent is thru this list. I haven't tried it YET... Still searching just like all of you to see if its a scam... What i bight do is buy one of those pre-paid VISA cards at WALMART. That way they cant steal the $50,000 that I wish I had if this really was a scam.

Please post your results.  I saw the add also and am thinking about the same thing.

Too good to be true?  2br 2 bath preforclosure on Big Island.  $695 moves you in, $695 mth.  listed on Craigslist.  Sounds like a scam to me.
