Its Integrated Portfolio Management. Apparently a shady Collection agency fined in other states for harrasssment.  They wanted someone completely unknown to me. how they get my number is beyond me.

Caller left a call back number of 866-961-3766 x 2032. Her name was Mrs. Henard.  These people have been asked many times not to call my number.  The number they are calling is 606-843-6183. My name is Phyllis Feltner.

Collection agency - trying to find my 87 yr old mom who owes money on medical bills. They called the president of the HOA of the condo she used to own. What low lifes they are.

These people are looking for a person with my name but when they began to read off what was supposed to be on my credit report, I knew they had the wrong person and number.  They responded we got you and you are not getting away.  They found my work number and have been calling different people in the office harrasing them.  I filled a report with the FCC but have not heard anything the numbers that comes up are 866-961-3766 and 630-438-8610.  They have been told not to call back but they do.  Nasty people.  They also lie and say that they are from the State.

This is a collection company for sure. There representatives are so damn rude..

I am wondering who they are there calling my family and me when i don't reply to them the call with a private number or block do you know who the are really love to know

This number called my work and after being told that I could not get perosonal calls at work, told my supervisor that they were from a law firm.  These people are bad news and nasty people.

I got the same number(1-866-961-3766) calling for me only the message was sent to my mothers phone no. How they got her no. was beyond me.

We don't do medical collections, your 87 year old mother shouldn't run up credit cards that she cant pay back, or your bum ass should help her pay this off, God knows she's bent over backwards to help you all your life and at 87 still does cause you probably STILL live in under her roof because you probably cant stand on your own two feet, we're probably calling for you too you [***] dead beat!! thanks for not paying your bills though, it gives me a great job with sick commisions and great bennefits.

Thats funny with the address in IL, their making me repay a bill i paid over 3 years ago, and their address is in NY. Either shows as unknown number or 866-961-3766. I think its bogus, and I can't get off their calling list.

Debt collectors should know full well that relatives and next of kin are not responsible by law to settle debts. Furthermore by law it is illegal for any debt collector to harass  a citizen of the United States even if they do owe money. Strict guidelines exist by FEDERAL LAW they must adhere to albeit they almost never do. Their breaking the law do not negate debt owed however law suits can easily be filed against them if proper evidence can be collected. Debt collectors who call after 10pm EST, Call excessively during any time of day, nor can they call relatives/friends houses or place of business unless given permission by that person. If you are being harassed get to know the law and your rights. They have many tricks and cons they like to play but if you know your rights and collect evidence to support your case then you will have everything you need to tell the blood sharks and pond scum of the collection world where to stick it.
