They always call me.  I ignore them. Trying to get $$$ out of me before my place goes into foreclosure.  Screw you WF!

I am the realtor working with my clients on a short sale for their home.  This phone number for Wells Fargo claims that their 2nd is being suspended due to the charge off which expires tonight.  If they do not pay the next two past mortgage payments today at 5:20 PM their deal will go south.  We asked for a one day extension so I could speak with our Wells Fargo negotiatior which has made no mention of this dead line.  They would not offer an extension.  My client did not pay.  We have an offer in, waiting for bank approval on the 1st and 2nd.  I found this to be an unusual request.

I laugh at these people.  Do you ever wonder how much of the economy is devoted to chasing bad debt?
