My caller i.d. lists name unknown. I have recieved repeat calls, they only breath.

most recent call 8.18.07 13:38:00
Every other day.
One day in mid morning hours
next time afternoon hours.
My Location is Fla.

Calls are received daily, most calls come in early to mid-morning.  My location is Charlotte, NC

I am on the do not call list, why are these people calling?

Just did a "image" search on google using this number and came up with Windstream Communications which is my landline service.
They have called me before but the caller ID shows just UNKNOWN and no number. I'm gonna call them this week and see if they have any info.
Let you know what i find out.
