This number has called my aged and demented mother several times recently, telling her she's won the sweepstakes and asking her to send a money order for $2500.  Luckily she is too addled to do this, so she's just wasted their time (though she's made several return calls to Jamaica, so she was definitely interested).

I called them back when I couldn't identify the number on my mother's phone bill.  I got a brief non-identifying recorded message, didn't leave a message myself, and they called back within 15 minutes to tell me I'd won the sweepstakes too!

Don't let these scammers reel you in.  They can be persistent, so you may need to block their number from your phone, if they've already contacted you.

Received this call from PUBLISHING CLEARANCE HOUSE....TOTALLY A SCAM.   BEWARE !

This scam from 876-2933566 is still going on in 2014.  We got a phone message from Victor Price today claiming that we had won $25,000,000 in the Canadian Public Sweepstakes.  We did not return call as we hadf never heard of a Canadian Public Sweepstakes.
Let the public beware of Victor Price!!!!
