I keep getting multiple calls per day for the last couple of months.  A man (sometimes a woman) with an accent wants to talk with Carmelita.  Several times he represented UPS and wanted me to call UPS (at a special # that he provided, of course) to authorize delivering a package.  He got angry when I insistently told him my long-term experience with UPS as NEVER requesting or needing authorization to deliver a package, so in frustration he yelled at me to "shut-up and listen" and when unsuccessful at getting me to comply said "Fxxx YOU" and hung up!  The current guy now is asking me to call this number to get authorization to deliver a package.  Rather frustrating experiences.

A friend of mine received calls from 876-293-6673 and 876-493-4695.  They are cell phone numbers (I checked on reverse look up).  A man with a thick Jamaican accent had my friends name and said he was from Publishers Clearing House. She said she is on the do not call registry. He responded by saying then he would call her every day. She is getting lots of calls and is being harrassed from all different numbers daily now, including 202-470-4844 and 619-272-2147. She called Publisher's Clearing House and they filed a fraud report with her, because they are not calling her. They said they are calls from scam artists. She is also filinf complaint report with her local Attorney General Consumer Affairs Office about this,
