This man called and said I won 2.5 million dollars and a car I knew it was a scam he then said the van was 35 minutes from my home with the prize money I gave him a bogus address and then he said I need to send him $199 to pay for my taxes at the nearest Walmart I said hell no and he has been calling my phone ever since the latest is 1:00 in the morning

I need this person to stop calling me

This foreigner called and when my husband said he is tired of telemarketing and wants off the call list the caller then tells my husband "[***] you, [***] you, I [***] your wife" for about three to four minutes. I then took the phone and told the rude man to go [***] a goat and Muslims are not worth our time because they worship a pedophilic false god. I tried to call the number from my phone and it was an out of country number, his accent was either Hindi or Muslim. He must not be Hindi because he didn't seem phased when I called him a sister [***] in it. Once he started in on his swearing, I take it as a terroristic threat! Close the boarders to all foreigners entering our country in every way, no contact via internet or phone or mail!

Area code 876 is Jamaica.  So Yeah Mahn.  Its a harassing call.  You should never accept an overseas call because there may be reverse charges.  I just never accept a call from a location I do not know.  Also I discourage "fighting back" because they DO have your phone number, and who knows how easy it is to get your name and address based on your phone number.

If you are smart, you will subscribe to Vonage or other VOIP service that lets you select that area code you want.  My area code is Alaska, and my exchange in Nome.  I live in Florida.  I don't get many calls :)

Got a call saying I won huge money in a prize drawing. I told him this is the FBI agent you are talking to. BOOM they hang up..never heard from them Yay!!!
