This has all the indications to me of a scam.  My 93 year old mother received numerous calls from this number claiming she won $13.5 million dollars (payable by certified check) and a 2013 Mercedes Benz from the American Sweepstakes.  She kept hanging up on them.  When I called them to complain of these harassing calls, they offered to present me the "prize money" and the car if I sent them $1,500 to cover the costs of "shipping and handling."  I of course, declined.  I've heard that scam before.

They had non-American accents and were very difficult to understand.  In one of the calls, the man represented himself as a UPS driver wanting to verify if my mother was home so he could deliver the check and car to her.  When I said I was home with her he transferred me to his boss, Mr. Church.  During the transfer I could hear sounds in the background as if it were an office or call center.  Didn't sound much like a guy in a truck......

They keep calling and don't give up, it is ridiculous!

Waaay To Go!!!

Received the same call today that I win 5 million dollars and a 2014 Mercedes . They wanted me to western union the money to James mohan in Jamaica Ca for $200 and I would receive my money and car within the hour. But didn't want the western union people to know what it was for. Hmmmm wonder how many people won. SMH
