this person called me and said that i had won a drawing and in order to recieve my package i had to insure the package for it to go through customes who are these people and are they for real

NO THIS IS A Jamacian LOTTERY SCAM DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY!! They focus on getting you in this, and then try and scam any checking or credit cards you have once they have the routing number to your bank.
An elderly lady in NE just lost $50,000 from September until this month of February. We are working with the Fraud unit at the bank and the FBI.
Please do not send them any money.

This is an Jamacian Lottery Scam: They use numerious phone numbers and names all from Jamacia.

Shirley, Sharon etc... They will send closed account check from MC/Visa on Wachovia Bank. Do not deposit these checks.
Any phone number you call on 876-463-9647, 876-363-8383, 876-505-9495, 876-503-3325 All these calls are getting converted over to International calls, and then depending on your phone company you will be charge from 0.60 centes per minute and higher. They will call you non stop 24 hours a day, you will have to change your phone number to un-published. Your Attorney General in your state also needs to be contacted. FL, and TX both have warnings out there as well.
