Callers from this number are scammers of the elderly and this number is used soley to commit fraud.  They prey upon widows and scour the obituaries for victims.  The seed a conversation with a victim by claiming to be a family member or acquantance which the victim will augment by saying the name in the course of confusion, thus further enabling the scam.  They have even been known to call unwitting police departments to have victims checked who have had their phone numbers changed or disconnected - all hoping to discover the new phone number or perhaps a name that can be traced via internet search.  Amounts of the fraud are typically in the $3000 range, U.S.

These people claim to be able to provide benefits of some sort but you must first submit a 'fee' in cash and mail it or have it picked up.  It's an elderly rip-off.  They are the lowest of the bottom dwellers, a waste of air usage.
