    Supposed call from UPS/American shopping network & Pub. Clearing House.  I was 2nd place winner of $55,000 cash. ck. minus $475.99 which was supposed to be paid at a WalMart because "they" had already paid the IRS ETC. ETC. Then a UPS truck would arrive in 11/2 hrs. with my check and 2 tickets to Hawaii. Gave name as Steven Blair and also of supposed IRS agent Lee Foy 16447 Boss Gaston Rd. Sugarland TX 77498.  There was a 2nd phone # of 1-876-406-4120 also given.
