I received a call from this number and I returned the call and spoke a person who said his name was Mr.   Michael Smith.  He claimed that I was a winner from Publisher Clearing House and that I also had won a Mercedes Benz with gas from a local service station for one year.  All I had to do is pay the taxes on my winning, which would have been $5589.00.  

I am planning on calling my cell provider and asking if this number can be blocked.

Same thing with me they call almost everyday I tell them no and still call i guess they think im stupid

Said he had 1.5 million and 2 cars.
I am to get 2500 cash and he will meet me at home.

Michael Smith said I won $1.5 million & a Mercedes from the Publishers Clearing House. He said there would be a processing fee that I could send through Western Union. All sorts of flags went up to know that is was a scam.
