I'm sure this is a "regional caller" idk who he was, I literally work in a call office & know what the red flags look like. They were def American & know they work in a call office due to the attitude I got when I said they had the wrong number before I even said my name & then they hung up when I said "you're calling from Jamaica" then when I tried to call back (30 seconds later) the line was disconnected. Stay safe out there folks

Good thing for you that the call didn't go through otherwise you would have had one huge phone bill.
