Identified as himself as "DAVID FROM PUBLISHERS CLEARING HOUSE"
I hung up and tried dial in the number, said it was an international call from Jamaica and I had to press "9" to complete the call.  Came in on my cell phone.  SCAM

The caller said I had entered back in 2013. Also asked if I'd be home to except my winnings then asked if my husband would also be home. I made a point of letting him know I may be alone but I have many neighbors who will come over immediately. I also asked where he was calling from, he said New York. I finally called him on his scam call. I told him my phone shows him to be a scam, he didn't believe me at first, then when he realized I was on to him, he hung up.  another thing that came to mind was I had a different phone # and address back in 2013.

The caller also asked me to write down a name(Robert Kennedy) prior to me calling him on his scam.
